Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our team and grow into a future advertising expert. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to different aspects of creative advertising while working closely with experienced professionals to develop essential industry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
🔹 Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
🔹 Maintain and update client information in agency databases
🔹 Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
🔹 Prepare and present reports to clients on project progress and results
🔹 Attend client meetings and provide support as needed
🔹 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market research to inform client strategies
🔹 Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for clients
🔹 Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ Moderate understanding of digital marketing & advertising
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
